When Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal Started Dating

Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Muchhal reportedly started dating in 2019, but they kept it completely under wraps for years.

In fact, the revelation began when Palash shared an anniversary post to celebrate five years together on social media in July 2024. Since then, both families and fans have acknowledged it as a long-term and genuine relationship.

Wedding Plans and Rituals That Were Scheduled

The wedding was scheduled for 23 November 2025 in Sangli, Maharashtra. As per the reports, all the pre-wedding celebrations, like traditional rituals and family gatherings, had already started.

Invitations were sent out, arrangements were fixed, and close friends and relatives were expected to take part in the ceremonies. But this was put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances.

Why the Wedding Was Postponed

The wedding, which was scheduled for Sunday, was postponed after Smriti Mandhana’s father, Srinivas Mandhana, reportedly suffered from chest-related discomfort and had to be taken to the hospital.

In the wake of his sudden health scare, families decided to stall all celebrations. His immediate condition did come out in some reports, but no official or detailed update came out thereafter, with both families keeping it all close to their chests.
