With Ganesh Chaturthi in full swing throughout the country, people all over the city of stars are showing up to various pandals to be part of the festivities. Part of this was the lead cast members of the upcoming romantic comedy movie Param Sundari, Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, along with director Tushar Jalota, who visited the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal.

In the many videos released of the two Bollywood stars visiting the iconic pandal, both actors can be seen seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesh. In the video that is doing the rounds on social media, Janhvi Kapoor can be seen in a red saree, while Sidharth chose to wear a pink kurta.

Janhvi Kapoor Looks Uncomfortable in Lalbaugcha Crowd
In the video from the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal, Janhvi Kapoor can be seen visibly uncomfortable in the video with Sidharth Malhotra coming to cover her to protect her from the constant pushing. From the videos shared of their visit, Kapoor seems concerned due to the number of people present at the event. The comments under the Instagram video are also pointing out the situation.

About Param Sundari
Param Sundari is Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming romantic comedy directed by Tushar Jalota. The movie revolves around a north-Indian man who falls in love with a south-Indian woman. The story develops as their love blossoms, and all the complications that arise from their cultural differences. Along with Malhotra and Kapoor, Param Sundari’s cast also involves Renji Panicker, Siddhartha Shankar, Manjot Singh, Sanjay Kapoor and Inayat Verma.
Param Sundari’s trailer was released on 14th August, and it has since garnered 4.7 crore views on YouTube. The trailer received overall positive reviews, with fans looking forward to the release. However, there have been discussions regarding the movie’s resemblance to the 2014 Abhishek Varman movie 2 States.
Param Sundari is slated to release in theatres on 29th August 2025.
