After months of speculation, YouTuber and actor Bhuvan Bam has officially confirmed that he is entering Bollywood. The popular content creator announced his debut film under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film, titled Kuku Ki Kundali, will reportedly star Wamiqa Gabbi opposite him.
Bhuvan Bam, who became famous through his YouTube channel BB Ki Vines, shared the big news with his fans on Instagram. He posted a picture of his signed ‘Artist Agreement’ with Dharma Productions and expressed his happiness about achieving his long-time dream.

Details About Kuku Ki Kundali
According to reports, Kuku Ki Kundali is a quirky romantic comedy directed by Sharan Sharma, who is known for Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. The film will be produced by Karan Johar under his banner Dharma Productions.
Wamiqa Gabbi, who has impressed audiences with her recent performances in web shows and films, will reportedly play the female lead opposite Bhuvan.
This project marks Bhuvan Bam’s first step into mainstream Bollywood after his successful web series Taaza Khabar.
When Karan Johar Accidentally Revealed the News
Interestingly, Bhuvan’s Bollywood debut was accidentally revealed earlier by Karan Johar himself. During a chat with comedian Zarna Garg in September, KJo praised Bhuvan Bam and said, “He’s been one of the biggest YouTubers and now he’s doing a film for us as the lead actor.”
Realizing his slip, Karan quickly added, “I think I f***ed up big time. I wasn’t supposed to. It was actually a big secret, and it was a big reveal at our end. I just messed up big time.”
When asked about the movie’s name, Karan said, “Now that I can’t say! Bhuvan I am so sorry. I don’t know how it just came out of my mouth.” He later joked, “Giving away Dharma secrets on this live for no reason!”
With the official confirmation now out, fans are eagerly waiting to see Bhuvan Bam make his big-screen debut with Kuku Ki Kundali.
