Bollywood bubble Parineeti Chopra has announced her first baby with husband Raghav Chadha, and ever since, fans and fellow celebrities have been showering them with love and best wishes. From Kiara Advani to Sonam Kapoor, the B-Town stars have taken it to their social media to congratulate mom-to-be Parineeti Chopra.
Parineeti announced he news of her pregnancy on August 25 with a joint post featuring two photos. The first photo showcased a cake with ‘1+1=3’ written on it, with icing alongside baby feet. The second one was a video of her walking with husband Raghav in a park. The post did not require any caption; it was complete in itself.
The post quickly caught on social media and fellow stars flooded the comment section. Sonam Kapoor wrote, “Congratulations darling”. Neha Dhupia, who is also a mother of two, said, “Congratulations… welcome to the best hood.” Nimrat Kaur remarked, “Stay blessed, many many congratulations!!!”
Actors like Kiara Advani, Rakul Preet Singh, Bhumi Pednekar, Huma Quereshi, and Janhvi Kapoor also added their wishes to the wishes and likes.
Earlier this month, Raghav Chadha gave a hint of ‘good news’ at The Great Indian Kapil Show. He remarked, “Denge, aapko denge… good news jaldi denge (We’ll give you good news soon).” This left Parineeti in surprise and audience in splits. Kapil jokingly teased, “Good news aa raha hai kya? Laddu baantne lage kya?” to which Raghav smiled and replied, “Denge… at some point.”
