AP Dhillon Criticizes Ticketing Practices Amid Feud With Diljit Dosanjh

Amid his reported feud with Diljit Dosanjh, AP Dhillon has caused controversy by publicly criticising the ticketing methods in the Indian concert scene. AP expressed worries on The Ranveer Show over performances that are said to sell out in seconds, such as Diljit’s current Dil-Luminati Tour. He maintained that these strategies deceive fans into buying tickets from promoters at exorbitant costs. AP referred to such activities as a “dirty game,” claiming that they compromise the credibility of the music industry and the fan experience.

He disclosed that his squad contemplated using comparable tactics but finally decided to show fans respect instead. The AP stressed that no concert ever sells out in a flash and charged that some performers put marketing ahead of equity. Although he did not name specific individuals, he suggested that well-known people should refrain from using such strategies since they are inconsistent with the fundamental principles of music.

Another topic of discussion on the internet is the conflict between Diljit Dosanjh and AP Dhillon. AP claimed that Diljit had blocked him on Instagram during a recent performance. This comment gained widespread attention and stoked rumours of a rift. Diljit responded on Instagram, saying, “I never blocked you. My issues are with governments, not fellow artists.”

Later, to support his claim, Diljit posted a screenshot of AP’s account. In response, AP posted a video demonstrating Diljit’s account’s state both before and after the purported block. According to AP, he was hesitant to go out about the matter because he expected criticism, but he believed it was vital to make things clear.

Since its launch in Delhi in October, Diljit’s Dil-Luminati Tour has been a huge success, with reports of sold-out performances all throughout the nation. On December 29, the tour will come to an end in Guwahati. The business and public are split over the subject since both artists have utilised their platforms to interact with fans and share their opinions, despite their seeming differences.
