When Natasa Stankovic and Hardik Pandya announced their separation in July 2024, they faced intense scrutiny on social media. A significant number of users blamed Natasa and accused her of being the cause of the breakup, leading to a wave of negativity directed at her.

However, recently, the narrative has shifted. After rumors emerged about Hardik dating singer Jasmin Walia, many netizens began apologizing to Natasa. Comments on her recent posts expressed regret for the previous criticism and acknowledged that Natasa was unfairly blamed. One user wrote, “Sorry Natasa, we blamed you without knowing the full story. You deserve better.” Another added, “Just because Hardik is a famous cricketer and wealthy doesn’t mean Natasa deserves blame,” and a third commented, “No woman wants any kind of pain in a relationship. Hardik may be a great cricket player, but that doesn’t make him a good husband.”

These apologies came in response to speculations that Hardik and Jasmin were romantically involved. The rumours started when fans noticed that Jasmin and Hardik had both shared photos taken by the same pool in Greece. Jasmin posted a picture of herself in a blue bikini, and shortly after, Hardik shared a video from what appeared to be the same location, leading to speculation about their relationship.

Natasa and Hardik, who married in May 2020 and renewed their vows in February 2023, confirmed their separation in a joint statement in July 2024. They described the decision as mutual and expressed their commitment to co-parenting their son, Agastya. The statement noted, “After 4 years of being together, Hardik and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for both of us… We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the center of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness.”

The shift in public sentiment highlights the impact of emerging information on social media narratives and the complexities of handling personal relationships in the public eye.
