A group of men are seen tugging ropes connected to the dog’s neck and dangling the dog from a chain in the 33-second footage.
The event occurred in April of this year, according to the police, who also stated that they were aware of the footage. Additionally, they have summoned the defendants based on the investigation, and a search for them has begun, according to police.
“We took cognizance of the video, and it was related to a resident who owned a Doberman. We have also registered an FIR against four people on a complaint by one of their neighbours. Strict legal action will be taken against the accused,” said Iraj Raja, Superintendent of Police (rural).
