Weather you’re getting late for your college or office or in the mood for a light evening snack. One of the easiest snack would be a sandwich, but who wants to eat the boring mashed potato sandwich over and over again.
Here are three sandwiches that you can prepare in 10 minutes.
Spicy Fried Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup mixed vegetables of your choice
- 1 finely chopped small onion
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or green chutney
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add onions, tomatoes and green chilli. Sauté until soft.
Step 2: Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir well.
Step 3: Add chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes, make sure the vegetables are coated completely. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
Step 4: Spread ketchup on one bread slice and chutney on another. Spread the veggies on the bread slices.
Step 5: Now, clean the pan and add 1 tbsp butter in it. Place the bread slices on it, toast the sandwich until golden brown and crisp. Your spicy fried vegetable sandwich is ready to eat!
Cool Crunch Curd Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- ½ cup fresh thick curd
- ¼ cup grated carrot
- ¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Whisk the curd with carrot, cucumber, capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin power in a bowl. Mkae sure the spices are mixed well with the curd and veggies.
Step 2: Spread the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with wnother slice.
Step 3: Cut diagonally and serve immediately for a cool, crunchy bite!
Masala Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of processed cheese or ½ cup grated cheese
- 1 finely chopped small onion
- 1 finely chopped small tomato
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- Butter for spreading
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Mix grated cheese with onion, tomato, green chilli, chaat masala, chilly powder, coriander, and a pinch of salt, in a bowl
Step 2: Spread the mixture on one bread slice and cover with another.
Step 3: Heat some oil in a pan, tawa, or sandwich maker and grill the sandwich until it turns crispy and the cheese inside it melts fully. Serve hot with chutney!
