While cooking an entire breakfast is difficult, it is also unfair to survive the day on a cup of coffee. That's when the smoothie bowls come in. Unlike regular smoothies, these bowls are thicker, more filling, and can be customized as per individual choice and requirements. 

Let's learn how to make a simple yet healthy smoothie bowl that will keep you full for hours!

Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled and sliced frozen banana (peel and slice before freezing)
  • ½ cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
  • ½ cup milk or yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Toppings:

  • Sliced banana or fresh fruits
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

Method:

Step 1: Add frozen bananas, berries, and milk/yoghurt to a blender.

Step 2: Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 

Step 3: Pour the mixture in a bowl.
