Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts of your choice
- 1 finely chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Wash and drain the sprouts thoroughly.
Step 2: Boil the sprouts for 3-5 minutes, until they turn soft.
Step 3: Add tomato, onion, green chilli, and cucumber to a mixing bowl.
Step 4: Add sprouts to the bowl. Sprinkle some salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala and mix gently.
Your sprout salad is ready to serve hot! You can also cool it at room temperature and keep it in the refrigerator as a snack for later.
