Inspired by the culinary traditions and personal journey of Chef Anuj Kapoor, from the bustling streets of Dilli 6 to the vibrant city of Awadh (Lucknow), Farage Chapter 4 promises an enchanting dining experience like no other. Chef Kapoor’s nostalgic reminiscences and culinary adventures form the bedrock of this gastronomic odyssey, celebrating the rich tapestry of North Indian flavours.

Guests are invited to embark on a six-course culinary journey, curated to transport them from the vibrant chaos of Dilli 6 to the royal courts of Awadh. Each dish is a symphony of flavours, meticulously crafted by Chef Kapoor to pay homage to his childhood memories and college years in Lucknow. From aromatic spices to sumptuous gravies, each bite is a tribute to the culinary heritage of North India.

Diners will be treated to an array of tantalizing creations, including the crowd-favourite “Chowk ka Nalli Nihari Wellington,” a culinary masterpiece that seamlessly blends the iconic Wellington-style pastry with the decadent flavours of pulled Nalli Nihari mutton. This innovative dish is a testament to Chef Kapoor’s ingenuity and his ability to reimagine traditional flavours in a contemporary context. “Interestingly, Chef Kapoor mentioned that Dilli 6’s best offerings are predominantly vegetarian. At the beginning of each Farage, Chef Kapoor talks about his inspiration for the chapter of Farage.”
