An Aesthetic Gastronomic Delight at Caara X Pure Home + Living

Nestled within the chic ambiance of Pure Home + Living in Khan Market, Caara is a culinary oasis that promises a symphony of flavors, all things that feel healthy, and a culinary experience like no other. I visited Caara + PHL over the weekend and would love for you to embark with me on my dining experience at this newly opened gem.
We started with the Chilli Avocado Toast which was a flavor explosion in every bite. The creamy smashed avocado, infused with hints of chilli, tomato, coriander, and lime, was a harmonious blend of freshness and spice. Topped with sesame seeds and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, this dish was a true masterpiece. Paired with the OG Caara Multigrain Flemish Bread, it was a delightful start to any meal.

For a healthy yet satisfying option, the Full Power Grains Superfood Salad is a must-try. The combination of red quinoa, barley, FarmLove vegetables, goats cheese, pomegranate, and avocado, all dressed in the zesty Caara Kaffir Lime Dressing, created a burst of flavors and textures that danced on our palate. The addition of Silken Tofu added a creamy richness that elevated this salad to a whole new level.

Sometimes, simplicity is the key, and Caara’s Salted French Fries delivered just that! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt, these fries were a classic side dish that complemented our meal.
The Tender Lamb with Mashed Potatoes was a comforting dish that warmed both our hearts and the soul, but maybe not our stomach because we wanted more! The succulent lamb, cooked to perfection, paired beautifully with the creamy mashed potatoes, created a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving for more.
Crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor, the Deep Fried Chicken at Caara was a true indulgence. Each bite revealed a perfect crunch followed by tender, flavorful meat that will have you coming back for seconds.

For the drinks, Chef Deepak served us the refreshing and tangy Berry Kombucha which cleansed our palate and invigorates the senses. He also made us the Ratnagiri Mango and Passion Fruit Mocktail which was a tropical paradise in a glass. This sweet and tangy concoction transported us to sun-kissed beaches with every sip!
We also sipped on the Caara special Plum Mocktail, a sophisticated blend of sweet and tarty flavors that tantalized our taste buds.
Caara’s Matcha Avocado Bubble Tea offered us a fusion of flavors and textures. It was a creamy treat with the earthy notes of matcha and the richness of avocado, topped with chewy tapioca pearls for a delightful twist.
