4 Quick Snacks You Can Make in 5 Minutes at your office! | RECIPE

Late-night shifts bring cravings and laziness. Simple 5-minute office snacks, like Oreo mug cake, Kurkure chaat, chocolate biscuit sandwich, and yogurt fruit bowl, provide quick, satisfying, and affordable options to recharge without much effort.

Working for long and odd hours, especially during the night shifts consume a lot of energy. Some days comes with cravings and laziness, when you want something quick and easy but don’t want to spend a lot on it. Here are three 5-minute snacks that you can make at your office with minimal requirement!

Oreo Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • Oreo cookies
  • Water (as per requirement)

Method:

Step 1: Crush the oreo cookies in a microwave-friendly mug

Step 2: Add a little water, just enough to make a smooth batter of the crushes cookies

Step 3: Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, keep an eye so itdoesn’t overflow

Step 4: Let it cool and Enjoy the gooey mug cake at your desk!

Kurkure Chaat

Ingredients:

  • A Packet of Kurkure
  • 1/2 finely chooped onion
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1-2 finely chopped Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chaat Masala (optional0

Method

Step 1: Crush the kurkure lightly in the packet, so it it broken down into smaller peices.

Step 2: Add onion, tomato, and green chili into the packet.

Step 3: Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and chaat masala as preferable.

Step 4: Shake well and enjoy!

Chocolate Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Any milk-chocolate 
  • Any salted biscuits
  • Hot water

Method: 

Step 1: Take hot water in a bowl

Step 2: Place the chocolate in the bowl and let it melt inside the cover for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3: When the chocolate is fully melted, carefull takeremove the water and let it cool for a moment. 

Step 4: Cut the chocolate wrapper from the side in a triangle, enough for the melted chocolate to come out of the packet.

Step 5: Now spread the melted chocolate on one biscuit and cover it with another. Enjoy the chocolaty biscuit. 

Yoghurt Fruit Bowl

  • Fruits of your choice (such as orange, grapes, guava, apple, banana, cherry, pomegranate, blueberry etc.)
  • Plain yoghurt

Method: 

Step 1: Chop the fruits in small pieces. 

Step 2: Add yoghurt in a bowl and add the chopped fruit to it.

Step 3: Mix well, the yoghurt should cover all the fruits. Your quick fruit bowl is ready.
