Road accidents in Punjab province have become very common. A similar incident was seen in Rawalpindi’s GT Road this month where one person died and three others were injured after a speeding dumper ran over five vehicles, ARY News reported, quoting rescue sources.

A speeding dumper ran over five vehicles in the incident, which occurred near the Lahore High Court (LHC) building on GT Road. A man died immediately as a result of the incident, and three other people were injured. Those hurt were taken right away to the hospital. The failure of the brake, according to the rescue sources, caused the dumper driver to lose control. Four passengers died and 30 others were injured in Sheikhupura earlier this month. According to sources in the rescue effort, the passenger bus went down at the Faizpur Interchange on the Sheikhupura Motorway. From Multan to Sialkot, the unfortunate passenger bus was en route.
