He shared a poignant poem titled Kaash Main Bhi Ladka Hoti (I Wish I Were a Boy), which has resonated deeply with his audience. The emotional recitation has struck a chord with many, leaving listeners shaken by its powerful message.

The horrifying incident took place on August 9 when the body of the post-graduate trainee doctor was found inside the government-run RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. A civic volunteer was arrested the following day in connection with the case. The post-mortem report revealed that the young doctor had been gang-raped before being murdered, adding to the brutality of the crime.

The Calcutta High Court has since transferred the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), reflecting the gravity of the situation.
