Actress Alia Bhatt recently opened up about her hopes of expanding her family soon. After marriage with Ranbir Kapoor and now having daughter Raha, born last November 2022, the actress spoke to a reporter for many areas of aspirations. She was questioned about the future and she said it might involve “more babies, more travel, and more movies” as a producer.
Hopefully, many more movies, not just as an actor but hopefully also as a producer. More babies, lots of travel, and just a healthy, happy, simple, quiet, peaceful, full-of-nature life,” Alia said during the Icons Only segment in IMDb.
She also talked about her daughter Raha. “I’d love to sit down with her one day and go, ‘Okay, I want to watch Student of the Year with you because it was one of my first forays.'”. “I think for me, maybe Student of the Year because honestly, it’s the youngest, most chill film that kids could watch. And that is my first film.”. Although I’m not really proud of my performance in that film, but it’s full of songs, and I think she would really enjoy that. I think that’s a very child-friendly film for Ranbir.
The professional front has also seen Alia‘s latest film *Jigra* which recently released in the cinemas. The credit and producer’s hat are shared by her as she is also one of the producers of the film which Karan Johar has also produced. She plays an elder protective sister here, for the story revolves around the rescued attempts made by her character to rescue her brother, played by Vedang, from an international prison under the direction of Vasan Bala.
The film has been very well appreciated. News18 Showsha gave four stars and had great words for Alia’s performance. Bhatt has been relatively proactive in the promotion of the film – recent appearances have included Hyderabad, after which it appears she is visiting Telugu version promotions with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rana Daggubati.
