From a small promotional event in 2014, Mister Global has become a full-grown and internationally recognized pageant. It saw its first event in Pak Chong, just northeast of Bangkok, with only 16 entrants over the years growth expansion began by the year 2024, TPN Global had taken over the running of the contest, with delegates now arriving from over 70 countries. Several regional organizations in countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, South Africa, etc. host their own version of Mister Global as their qualifiers.

The idea behind this pageant from 2014, when it was introduced by Pradit Pradinunt to appreciate male beauty, talent and cultural identity.
