Bigg Boss, one of India’s longest-running reality shows, is coming back with its 19th season and the show first aired in 2006 and has helped many celebrities gain fame. Even though being on the show comes with risks like negative publicity and loss of privacy, many stars still want to be a part of it because of the opportunities it gives while the new season starts on August 24, and fans are excited to see which celebrities will enter the Bigg Boss house.
Shehnaaz Gill joined Bigg Boss with a small fanbase but quickly became popular for her bold and fun personality. Even though she didn’t win, she got big projects like Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Diljit Dosanjh’s Honsla Rakh. She is now preparing for a new movie called Ikk Kudi.
Gautam Gulati the winner of Bigg Boss 8, became famous and won the trophy. After the show, he acted as cricketer Ravi Shastri in Azhar and appeared in films like Behen Hogi Teri and Radhe. He is now a gang leader on Roadies.

Asim Riaz, runner-up of Bigg Boss 13, became known for his clashes with Sidharth Shukla. He later joined Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 but didn’t win.
Sunny Leone was in Bigg Boss 5 for a short time and even then, she became a well-known actress and acted in films like Jism 2 and popular music videos including Laila, Pink Lips, and Trippy Trippy.
Nora Fatehi, a wildcard in Bigg Boss 9, was in the news because of dating rumors with Prince Narula. She later starred in Bollywood hits and delivered many popular dance performances.
Prince Narula, winner of Bigg Boss 9, acted in shows like Badho Bahu and Naagin 3. Since 2019, he has been a gang leader on Roadies and won Nach Baliye 9 with Yuvika Chaudhary.
Hina Khan didn’t win but became very popular. She later played Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi, and now stars in Pati Patni Aur Panga with her husband Rocky Jaiswal.
The show also remembers Sidharth Shukla, Bigg Boss 13 winner, who passed away in 2021. He still inspires fans and contestants.
Bigg Boss 19 will feature actors like Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Hunar Hale, Shafaq Naaz, hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut, influencers Awez Darbar-Nagma Mirajkar, YouTuber Mridul Tiwari, and Shehbaz Badesha. Contestants will stay in the house for almost three months without phones or normal luxuries.
