Ranbir Kapoor is a well-known Bollywood personality who hails from a celebrity family, but moments like these remind one why fans love him off the screen too. The Animal actor, who was last seen at the Delhi airport, showed that humanity never goes out of fashion. While his airport videos with Deepika Padukone were already generating buzz on the internet, it’s what went down behind the cameras that won people’s hearts. It turns out, Ranbir spared some time from his hectic schedule to assist a woman in a wheelchair, and the internet can’t help but fawn over the considerate act.

A Sweet Gesture by Ranbir Kapoor

Srubabati Goswami, who is currently in a wheelchair due to a fracture, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday to share her surprise meeting with the star. She posted a photo from Delhi’s Terminal 3, writing, “Solo travelling post the fracture @T3. The wheelchair facility was working very well. Special thanks to airline personnel and wheelchair attendants and some surprise assistance from Ranbir Kapoor, whom I ran into near the security check-in point. Thanks @ImRkOfficial for your gesture (sic).” Her post soon went viral, with fans inundating the comments section to acclaim the actor for going out of his way to lend a helping hand.

Fans Continue to Praise Ranbir Kapoor

It didn’t take Ranbir’s fans long to make the post a mini love fest on the internet. One of them wrote, “#RanbirKapoor’s good nature makes him the ideal choice for Lord Ram in #Ramayana. What he ate 15 years ago hardly matters. This does. Nearly everyone from the film fraternity or otherwise speaks of his kindness & humble nature. Let’s hope the trolls understand this about him (sic).” Another one said, “Agar Ranbir ka PR hota sach mein, to ye baate logo ko PR articles se pata chalti instead of the person itself. Heera hai Heera (sic).”

Ranbir and Deepika’s Viral Airport Moment

Interestingly, this silly incident came to light at the same time Ranbir’s videos with Deepika Padukone from the Mumbai and Delhi airports were doing the rounds on the internet. The videos featured the two exes greeting each other warmly, leaving fans thrilled at their breezy, friendly demeanor.

In the video, Ranbir is heard uttering, “Deepika, bye, I’ll see you around,” and then they hugged each other before they left for their respective vehicles. The video, which was going viral, triggered the fans to wish for the two on-screen cuties to reunite in another movie.

What’s Next for Ranbir Kapoor?

On the work front, Ranbir has an exciting slate ahead. He will star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, which is set to release in March next year. He’s also gearing up for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, a two-part epic with Part 1 expected to arrive on Diwali 2026.
