The pre-release event of War 2, which received much-needed buzz amongst fans, happened on August 10 in Hyderabad.
The on-going warm rapport of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR gave this particular evening a very sweet touch. In fact, their performances to each other were one of the happiest moments for the viewers who witnessed it-the drama behind two heavyweights of the industry.
Journey of Jr NTR
Jr NTR gave such a touching speech as he looked back over the years of intense nostalglia for his 25 years of work in cinema. Then he touched upon the various other personalities shaping his path-such people dominating his life are Ramoji Rao in the media, who opened the doors of cinema with Ninnu Choodalani to him N.T. Rama Rao- Sr, his grandfather who is no more and Nandamuri Harikrishna, his father and supportive family members-mothers Shalini and Lakshmi and brothers Nandamuri Janakiram and Kalyanram.
NTR expressed gratefulness to all of these directors. And most important, NTR is indebted to his deep-rooted fans.
Producer’s Promise: The Choice of War 2
While relating how he came to join War 2, Jr NTR brought in touch the splendid story that comes along with the movie and the constant encouragement from film producer Aditya Chopra that he flipped into the component convincing him.
NTR recalled Chopra’s motivating words, “I will make your fans proud of War 2.” This moment caused much joy as NTR humorously raised his collar in pride, along with Hrithik Roshan, joined in a playful gesture.
Tribute to Hrithik Roshan
The actor shared that he idolized Hrithik Roshan as a child. He recalled how the dance and performance of Hrithik in Kaho Na Pyaar Hai really struck him. He would call that dance an all-time comparison whenever talking about dance.
Jr NTR would proudly exclaim that Hrithik is one of the best actors and dancers in India, and he would praise Hrithik’s hard work like that-a statement given to really roaring applause.
Praise for Director Ayan Mukerji
Director Ayan Mukerji was praised by Jr NTR for his imaginative work on War 2 that predicted to end up being one of the best features in Indian cinema. He invited the audience to enjoy the viewing of it without ruining the surprises as he caused expectations from the release.
Looking Ahead towards Release
Held at a star-studded event, an equally huge crowd was expected to come primarily from the fanatics of Jr NTR but charged with electricity as the movie will hit theaters on August 15.
Besides Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, War 2 also stars Kiara Advani, promising an exciting experience for moviegoers as they anticipate this one.
