Palak Muchhal is an internationally well-known and highly reputed Indian singer, known not only for her enchanting and melodious voice but also for her extraordinary talent and commitment towards her singing. Really, her story is one of inspiration because it shows how music can serve humanity, heartbeat by heartbeat.

Why Palak Muchhal Name in the Guinness Book of World Records?

Along with her brother, Palash, Palak has grown a commendable parallel career in social service through the Palak-Palash Charitable Foundation.

The only mission of the foundation is to serve the children who have heart surgeries in India. Through this incredible effort, Palak has facilitated over 3,800 heart surgeries, with many more children still awaiting treatment.

Her dedication to this cause is so exceptional that it has earned her recognition in both the Guinness Book of World Records and the Limca Book of World Records.

How She Started This Series?

Her deep-rooted compassion had first stirred in the singer during her childhood when she was immensely affected by seeing children of a less privileged class.

Ever since, her work has revolved around needy people, and even for families affected by the Kargil War, she performed to raise funds back in 1999.

Palak Muchhal Evergreen Songs

Palak is celebrated in Bollywood, having lent her voice to several smash hits. Her most popular numbers are “Kaun Tujhe” from M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, the title track of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and the iconic romantic numbers “Chahun Main Ya Naa” and “Meri Aashiqui” from the film Aashiqui 2.

For every stage show she performs for these hits, it’s a step toward saving a child’s life. What makes her philanthropy stand out is the firm commitment she has shown in channeling a majority of her earnings into these critical surgeries.

The foundation constantly works to handle these types of cases over years, and Palak has even pointed out that she sometimes has to dip into her personal savings when show income falls short to cover the most critical cases and see that no child goes without being treated.

Palak Muchhal Public Appeal for Contribution

Palak Muchhal husband, famous Bollywood composer Mithoon, verifies that all her stage show earnings are given totally to this life-saving cause.

Recently, Palak made an appeal to the public to contribute and has shown that she believes every small contribution, even Rs 100, can get a child a new lease on life. Her commitment proves that her music is indeed a service that not only entertains but also heals.
