The Grovers live in Panchsheel Park, one of Delhi’s poshest localities. Real estate here costs around Rs 18,000 per sq. ft. The bungalow stands out with its wide French windows, creamy whites, and sharp blacks. The design balances Scandinavian calm with bold Punjabi flair.

Ashneer and Madhuri handled the interiors themselves, relying on mood boards and family execution rather than celebrity designers. Interestingly, all the wall art was first computer-generated by a South Indian illustrator in the US. Madhuri’s sister then hand-painted the artworks, giving the home a unique family touch.
The Rs 1 Crore Dining Table Story
The dining table sparked viral headlines. Media reports once claimed it cost Rs 10 crores and in reality, it cost Rs 1 crore. Ashneer joked about how a misread of 150 kg as 150k dollars led to inflated figures. Regardless, the marble-heavy piece remains a symbol of the luxury woven into the home.

A Bar Without Booze
The in-house bar looks fit for a luxury hotel with over 100 bottles. Yet Ashneer and Madhuri are teetotallers. The bar belonged to his late father, who enjoyed it. Today, it stands more as tribute and hospitality for guests.
