Bollywood Actor Hrithik Roshan is in the news again, now for a private and real estate transaction. As per Zapkey documents, the actor has rented his sea facing Juhu residence for girlfriend Saba Azad for a rent of ₹75,000 per month for one year. The agreement was signed on August 4, 2025 and included ₹1.25 lakh in security deposits.
The apartment belongs to Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) on Juhu Versova Link Road and covers an area of 12,000 sq. ft. Hrithik had bought multiple units in this luxury building in October 2020, including the 18th floor and a duplex spread across the 19th and 20th floors, for a whopping ₹97.5 crore.
This is not the first time Hrithik's real estate interests have been in the news. The Roshan family has a remarkable reputation in Mumbai's flourishing real estate scene. In May 2025, Hrithik and his father, Rakesh Roshan, sold three flats in Andheri for ₹6.75 crore.

Earlier this year, Hrithik rented out a 2,727 sq. ft. office in Goregaon for ₹5.62 lakh per month, demonstrating his steady focus on commercial spaces. In February 2025, he renewed the lease of a 9,209 sq. ft. commercial property in Pune's Kharadi for ₹6.08 lakh per month. Clearly, beyond the glamour of cinema, the actor has cultivated a keen instinct for high value real-estate investments.
On the personal front, Hrithik Roshan continues to be in a relationship with Saba Azad, and the news is not quiet. This newly minted couple went public in 2022 at Karan Johar's 50th birthday bash; since then, Saba has been a common face at the festivities and celebrations of the Roshan clan.
On the professional side, Saba is now busy promoting her film Songs of Paradise, due to be released on Amazon Prime Video. Hrithik has been one of her biggest fans, frequently applauding her work, and he also praised the film's teaser.
Meanwhile, Hrithik was recently seen in War 2, which, despite high hope, turned out to be an underperformer at the box office.
