Famous for her extravagant fashion sense, Sonam raised the bar again this Diwali with her latest look. Her Dhanteras soft pink appearance has got everyone talking, more so in the light of the rumors about her second pregnancy.
Sonam Kapoor posted pictures of her stunning pink attire on Instagram. She captioned, "Welcoming light, health, and abundance into our homes this Dhanteras???? May Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Dhanvantari bless you with prosperity and well-being." Sonam made her appearance easy but enhanced it with the addition of a gajra.
Sonam Kapoor was looking lovely in the pictures, and people adored her new appearance. But aside from her outfit, the actress is also making headlines lately due to rumors that she is pregnant with her second child. Although Sonam has not made a formal confirmation yet, there are reports that she and her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja, are pregnant with their second child. The couple, who married in May 2018, already have a son named Vayu, born last August 2022.

As per a report by Pinkvilla, Sonam is in her second trimester, and the family is likely to make the news public within weeks. "Sonam is pregnant in the second trimester, and the news has been bringing immense happiness to both families," a source quoted by the entertainment portal stated.
Recently, Sonam attended her cousin Anshula Kapoor’s engagement ceremony, where she also avoided posing for photographers. Eyewitnesses revealed that one of her staff members requested the paparazzi to lower their cameras, allowing the actress to enter the venue discreetly.

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor made her Bollywood debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya and later had a good run in Bollywood with hits like Raanjhanaa and Neerja. Sonam was seen most recently in the 2023 crime-thriller Blind, a remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name. Directed by Shome Makhija and produced by Sujoy Ghosh, the film saw Sonam return to the screen after a six-year career break after The Zoya Factor. Next up, Sonam Kapoor will feature in Battle for Bittora, an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's novel.
