Hansika Motwani separation rumors again gained attention after the actress removed multiple wedding photos and videos featuring her husband, Sohael Khaturiya, from her Instagram. Fans noticed the missing images and videos prompting questions about the state of their marriage and a recent report now suggests that Hansika has moved back in with her mother, but her husband Sohael has denied all speculations, stating there is no truth to the rumors and the silence from Hansika has only deepened curiosity, fueling widespread discussions online.
Social media users, particularly fans of the actress, recently noticed that Hansika had deleted a series of posts from her Instagram feed and these included photos and videos from her December 2022 wedding, which had previously been prominently featured on her profile and the sudden disappearance of these images has fueled speculation rumors that all is not well in her marriage.
According to a report by Hindustan Times dated August 5, 2025, Hansika has reportedly moved in with her mother and the report also claims that Sohael is now staying with his parents. Earlier, on July 19, 2025, the publication quoted a source saying that adjusting to Sohael’s large family became a challenge for Hansika. After their wedding, the couple initially lived with Sohael’s family and later, they moved into a condo in the same building but however, tensions continued, ultimately leading to Hansika’s alleged decision to move out.
While Hansika has yet to issue a public statement, Sohael Khaturiya has addressed the matter, where he responded to the Hindustan Times with a brief text message stating, “It’s not true.” Despite his denial, the rumours continue to swirl, especially in the absence of an official clarification from Hansika.
Hansika and Sohael’s love story and wedding journey were documented in a six-episode reality series titled Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama, which was aired on JioCinema, where they showed a romantic proposal under the Eiffel Tower in Paris to lavish wedding celebrations, the couple showcased their bond openly.
However, their relationship came under criticism when reports emerged that Sohael had been previously married to Rinky Bajaj, who was allegedly a close friend of Hansika, and the controversy sparked online backlash but did not derail their wedding plans.
