It is the story of a junior high class of misfits, class 3-E, that is tasked with killing their teacher, an Octopus-like being who destroyed 70% of the moon. The anime follows the students as they learn life-changing lessons from their teacher while actively trying to kill him in a story that builds up to an emotional ending.
