Bollywood has never been shy of its glamour, drama, and memorable romances. But behind the screen, there have been certain relationships that have made massive scandals that are still discussed today by fans. From love triangles to affairs, here's a glimpse of the most discussed and controversial relationships in town.
This is perhaps the most well-known of the love triangles in Bollywood. Amitabh had married Jaya Bachchan, but the reported closeness with Rekha was the subject of gossip. The romance generated endless rumor and remains to this day one of the most scandalous scandals in Bollywood.
Their romance started on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. While their fans loved them together, the relationship ended bitter. Salman's alleged temper and reported mistreatment turned their breakup into one of the most sensational breaks in Bollywood.
Prior to Aishwarya, Salman was going out with Somy Ali, who then accused him of being abusive. Their relationship was tumultuous and marred with controversies, joining Salman's list of many troubled love affairs.
Raj Kapoor was married before he met Nargis. Their chemistry on screen was magical, but their romance off screen was talked about too. The affair was over when Nargis married Sunil Dutt, but their affair is a Bollywood legend.
