NEET PG 2024: Test City Selection Portal Opens Today On natboard.edu.in

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Science has published a list of test cities for NEET PG 2024. Starting from today, July 19, the window for test city selection shall be opened for candidates to choose preferred test cities. Earlier-issued admit cards mentioning exam cities and centers now stand nullified. Candidates need to log onto the official website, natboard.edu.in, to opt for test cities before the deadline of July 22.

It has been mentioned in the NBEMS notice that “All those candidates who were issued admit cards for NEET-PG 2024 shall be required to choose their test city again by exercising their choices of preferred test cities during an online window which shall be opened from 19th July 2024 to 22nd July 2024 (till 11:55 PM)”.

New Admit cards for NEET PG 2024 to be available on August 8 Test cities to intimated through email on July 29. “The test center venue in the test city allotted shall be intimated through admit card which shall be released on 8th August 2024 at NBEMS website,” it adds. The NEET PG 2024 examination, earlier slated for June 23, has been rescheduled to August 11. The eligibility cut-off date remains August 15, 2024.

A candidate can choose four preferred test cities among the options provided in the application form. If the number of test cities in the state/UT of a candidate is less than four or demand exceeds its capacity, candidates can opt for nearby states/UTs. One of the test cities preferred shall be randomly allotted and the choices preferences need not be in order. In case a Test Centre cannot be assured in any of the preferred cities either due to overcapacity or any other reason, the candidate will be assigned to a centre in an adjoining city. Candidates who fail to indicate their preferences during the selection window shall be allotted a test center by NBEMS anywhere in the country.
