A courier delivery boy lost his life after being struck by a speeding car driven by a 21-year-old student in Mumbai’s Andheri. The accused, identified as Chirag Lade, was subsequently arrested by the police on charges of drunk driving and negligence.
The collision was reported to the authorities by an eyewitness, Suresh Harijan, who was working with his colleagues at a nearby construction site.
