Versatile actor Dhanush delighted fans on Friday by revealing a concept poster for his much-anticipated third directorial venture. Taking to social media, the Tamil film industry stalwart shared an intriguing poster, setting the stage for the upcoming project.

The concept poster showcases a serene beach bench against the backdrop of the expansive blue sea. Adding a creative touch, two crescent moons form the alphabet ‘DD’ (Dhanush’s Directorial), with the release date prominently displayed at the bottom. Excitement and anticipation soared as fans caught a glimpse of the unique and visually appealing poster.

In his caption, Dhanush simply wrote, “#DD3,” providing a glimpse into the third instalment of his directorial journey. Dhanush, known for his remarkable versatility in acting, has an impressive filmography with over 44 films to his credit. Widely acclaimed in the South Indian film industry, he has received numerous accolades for his significant contributions.

Dhanush’s foray into Bollywood with ‘Raanjhanaa’ garnered widespread acclaim, further establishing his pan-Indian appeal. His iconic song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’ from the romantic psychological thriller ‘3’ remains one of the most-viewed on YouTube.

In a significant development, actor Nagarjuna Akkineni has joined hands with Dhanush for the upcoming film, tentatively titled ‘D51.’ The announcement coincided with Nagarjuna’s birthday, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and is described as being “mounted on a grand scale in multiple languages,” promising a cinematic treat for audiences.
