Shatrujeet Singh Kapoor, Director General of Police (DGP) in Haryana, conducted an inspection of the Mata Mansa Devi Police Station in Panchkula on Sunday. During this visit, the DGP, along with Mamta Singh, Additional DGP (Law and Order) in Haryana, Hardeep Singh Doon, Police Inspector General (Law and Order) in Haryana, Shivas Kaviraj, Police Commissioner of Panchkula, Jashandeep Singh Randhawa, Police Superintendent of Ambala, and Sumer Pratap Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police in Panchkula, also joined for a meal with police personnel.
The Director General of Police, Haryana, had a meal with police personnel in the mess established for them at the police station. The initiative aimed to boost the morale of the police personnel, encourage them to perform their duties effectively, and discuss their concerns. During the visit, the DGP praised the establishment of a good mess for police personnel and ensured that fresh and nutritious meals were provided to them. He also motivated the police personnel to carry out their duties diligently.
DGP Shatrujeet Singh Kapoor, along with other officials, expressed appreciation for the effort to provide warm and fresh meals to police personnel, who are often deployed on duty day and night. He acknowledged that the timing of meals for the police is uncertain, and setting up a mess in the police station ensures the availability of warm and fresh meals for them. This, in turn, contributes to maintaining the health and well-being of the police personnel. The DGP emphasized the importance of providing good-quality food to the police force, recognizing their continuous dedication to duty.
During the inspection, the DGP also checked the storeroom, daily register, and cleanliness of the police station. He provided appropriate guidance to the Station House Officer for the maintenance of the police station. Additionally, the DGP directed the proper arrangement for visitors in the police station.
