GoFirst Airlines on Monday took off from Bengaluru and left 50 passengers behind at Bangalore Airport on which the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Tuesday sought a report from GoFirst Airlines.
“We have sought a report and shall take stringent action against those responsible,” a senior DGCA official said.
Talking about the incident one of the passengers expressed her inconvenience and tweeted, “Most horrifying experience with GoFirst airlines. I boarded the bus for the aircraft at 5:30 AM for a flight that was at 6:30 AM. I was still in a bus stuffed with over 50 passengers, the driver stopped the bus after being forced. Flight G8 116 takes off, leaving 50+ passengers. Heights of negligence!”
Meanwhile, the passenger further stated that the driver of the bus to the aircraft didn’t stop the bus on time after which without taking 50 passengers the flight took off.
Moreover, out of 55 passengers 53 passengers have shifted some other flights destined for different locations and the other two passengers got their refund along with their luggage.
However, after the Air India incident, the IndiGo incident this incident is one of the horrifying flight incidents which took place on Monday.
