The Delhi government has ordered that all MCD schools, MCD-aided schools, and recognised schools will remain closed for students on Tuesday in view of heavy rainfall.
A day off has also been declared for students of classes Nursery to Fifth in all government and government-aided schools under the Directorate of Education in Delhi, as per a release. All students in class 6 and all staff have to attend school as usual.
All the recognised private schools have been advised to follow the above instructions in view of the safety of the students.
Staff have to remain alert about the safety of the students attending school.
