Over the years, several CEOs have adopted unconventional methods to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses by experiencing the roles of their employees. Deepinder Goyal, the co-founder and CEO of Zomato also hopped into the trend with his wife Grecia Munoz. He recently wore his company’s uniform and took to the streets on a bike to deliver food in Gurgaon, accompanied by his wife.
“Went out to deliver orders a couple of days ago, teaming up with,” he shared on Instagram, tagging his wife, who has recently changed her name to Gia Goyal. The post featured a series of photos showing the couple in action. One photo captures them riding a bike, while another shows them checking a mobile phone, likely trying to locate a delivery address. Additional images depict them interacting with customers.
