Deputy Commissioner of Police Sumer Pratap Singh conducted a farewell ceremony for seven employees who retired from the police department at the age of 58.
The event, held at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police in Panchkula, included the presentation of mementos to the retirees.
During the simple ceremony, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sumer Pratap Singh expressed gratitude to the retiring police personnel, considering them as special guests for dedicating their lives to public service within the police department.
He acknowledged their valuable contributions and emphasized the fortunate aspect of their retirement being healthy and secure. Singh encouraged the retirees to prioritize their well-being, enjoy life with their families, and maintain connections with the police department.
The retiring individuals from the Panchkula Police Department included Inspector Rajendra Singh, Inspector Roshan Lal, Sub Inspector Mohan Lal, Sub Inspector Sumer Singh, Sub Inspector Rajbir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector Brahmanand, and Chief Constable Anand Kumar.
The ceremony was attended by Welfare Inspector and Army branch in-charge Devi Dayal, Reader Pramod Kumar, family members of the retiring police personnel, and other police staff from the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Panchkula.
