In the last 24 hours, India recorded 656 new Covid-19 cases, while the number of active cases fell to 13,037 from 14,493. According to data shared by the government’s health department, the daily positivity rate on Tuesday was 0.56 percent in the previous 24 hours.
According to the bulletin, 1,16,603 tests were performed in the last 24 hours, with a total of 92.87 crores performed to date. The number of recoveries made in the last 24 hours was 2,100, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,44,37,304.
Furthermore, the Nationwide Vaccination Drive has resulted in the administration of 220.66 crore total vaccine doses (95.21 crore Second Doses and 22.87 crore Precaution Doses).
