Congress dares Kejriwal to clarify remark made by Kumar Vishwas

Party general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala fires six questions at AAP leader.

Launching a scathing attack on Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday, Congress general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala asked the Delhi CM to clarify his stand on the allegation of having nexus with Khalistan and separatists.

Surjewala, who was accompanied by national spokesperson Pawan Khera and in-charge of Punjab Affairs Harish Chaudhary, challenged the Aam Aadmi Party to answer six questions based on a statement by former Aam Aadmi Party founder Kumar Vishwas.

Vishwas created a sensation in the political world by giving the statement on Wednesday, in which he said: “Arvind Kejriwal had told me that he would either become the chief minister of an independent state (Punjab) or become the first prime minister of an independent country (Khalistan). When I asked him how he would become the chief minister, Kejriwal had told his formula is to will make Bhagwant Mann and TPS Phoolka fight and reach the chief minister’s chair.”

Surjewala said that the facts presented by Vishwas before the people of the country are sensational and he has exposed the anti-national face of Aam Aadmi Party.

The Congress leader asked six questions to Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann and AAP leaders. First, did Kejriwal take the help of separatist organizations or people associated with Khalistani to get power? Is the Maur Mandi blast or the latest Ludhiana blast related to the same separatist organizations? Does Kejriwal have any affiliation with persons of such separatist organisations?

Second, is Kejriwal like Bhagwant Mann and TPS wanted to capture the power of Punjab from the door by getting Phoolka fight?

Third, is Kejriwal conspiring to take over the power of Punjab from an escaping door to a puppet dancing at the behest of Delhi?

Fourth, was Kejriwal thinking of separating Punjab from the country and becoming the Prime Minister of a separate country in any condition by collaborating with the separatist and disintegrating forces?

Fifth, is Kejriwal’s goal to get power at any cost?

Sixth, will Kejriwal tell whether the country and Punjab are big for him or power and chair and can the people of Punjab trust such a person?

Surjewala also raised questions on the funding received by the Aam Aadmi Party from the country and abroad. “This question was raised by former AAP leaders, including Phoolka and Sukhpal Khaira. So Kejriwal should tell whether funding has come from abroad. Where did crores of rupees come from?”

Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary said: “Every resident of Punjab is demanding answers from Arvind Kejriwal on the things he had told Kumar Vishwas regarding the idea of partition of the country.”
