Praveen Joshi, the Chairperson of the Haryana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, emphasised the commitment of the Manohar Lal government in Haryana to reintegrate children who have deviated from societal norms back into the social fabric.
Joshi assured that additional measures will be implemented in pursuit of this objective. Having recently assumed office, she expressed her dedication to resolving ongoing issues within the commission.

After conducting a surprise inspection at Bal Sadan Sector-12, Ashiana Children Home Sector-16, and Shishu Home Sector-15 in Panchkula on Tuesday, Chairperson Praveen Joshi addressed journalists. She stressed the need for strict adherence to government guidelines in juvenile homes, emphasizing that concerted efforts should be made to enhance the living standards of children in protection homes, facilitating their integration into mainstream society.

Joshi reported a satisfactory environment during her visit to the three institutions and directed authorities to address any minor deficiencies promptly. During interactions, she provided suggestions for the improved development of children and attentively listened to their concerns. Joshi assured that appropriate actions would be taken to resolve issues and rectify deficiencies promptly.
