JAIPUR: Bharatpur’s Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO), Dr. Captain Singh, has resigned from his 20-year job and has joined the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS). In a press conference at the Press Club in the capital, Dr Captain Singh accused Congress ministers and lawmakers of harassment. He also mentioned that he is now contesting for the Bharatpur city seat with the BJP. He stated that if the Bharatiya Janata Party gives him the opportunity, he will win unopposed. He also mentioned that even if the party does not give him a ticket for this election, he will stay with the BJP and ensure the official candidate’s victory. Dr. Captain Singh mentioned that he was subjected to various forms of harassment. He also stated that without money, transactions don’t take place in Congress rule. Therefore, he has decided to leave his job and enter politics.
