Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy wasted no time in addressing the concerns of the people, initiating prompt actions on the very next day after assuming office. Holding a Praja Darbar at the official residence, Jyothiba Phule Bhavan, CM Revanth Reddy prioritised the needs of differently-abled individuals, personally inquiring about their challenges and accepting applications. Engaging with a large turnout, he delved into the various issues brought forward by the public, assuring them of immediate measures to address their grievances.
Accompanied by State Ministers Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy and Danasari Anasuya (Sitakka), the Chief Minister then proceeded to an emergency meeting at the Secretariat. Meanwhile, Minister Sitakka continued to receive grievance applications from the attendees at the Praja Darbar. The State Government, under the supervision of CMO Special Chief Secretary Seshadri and other officials, meticulously organised the event, ensuring efficient grievance registration through 15 dedicated desks.
Innovatively, a special mechanism facilitated online petition registration, assigning a unique Grievance Number to each application. Applicants received printed acknowledgments and SMS confirmations. The Praja Darbar venue, equipped with 320 seats, featured organised queue lines with a roof arrangement to shield attendees from the sun. Comprehensive facilities, including safe drinking water, were provided both at the entrance and inside the hall, accommodating visitors not only from Hyderabad but from all districts. The overwhelming response on the first day underscored the success of CM Revanth Reddy’s proactive approach to addressing public concerns
