The Chief Minister, Manohar Lal, provided online job offer letters here on Friday to 2,069 TGT and PGT teachers hired on a contract basis through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, from his residence in Sant Kabir Kutir. All registered applicants have received information about the job offer and other necessary information via SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
It is noteworthy that on November 23, online job offer letters were provided to 2,075 TGT and PGT teachers in the same way. With this, in just 26 days, Chief Minister Manohar Lal has created another history of giving jobs in a transparent manner in the state by providing job offer letters to 4,144 teachers through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. Believing that the teachers are the builders of the nation in the true sense, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal instructed the officials of the education department to immediately provide information about the schools where teachers are required to the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN). He made it clear that the education of the children would not be affected at all by the shortage of teachers. The Chief Minister has fulfilled the desire for job opportunities by giving job offer letters through HKRN. Some teachers who received the offer letters expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister and appreciated the completion of recruitment—twice in just 26 days.
Notably, the Chief Minister had received many complaints of exploitation by the manpower made available in various departments, boards, and corporations of the state government through service providers and contractors; and to end the economic exploitation of the youth, the Chief Minister called for the formation of the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam. So far, more than 90,000 employees have been accommodated through the HKRN by outsourcing agencies.
On Friday, for the second time, the Chief Minister gave job offers to 2,069 TGTs of Social Studies, Science, Hindi, and Sanskrit and PGT teachers.
