Ying Weimin, a 26-year-old Chinese policewoman, has gone viral for her sharpshooting, crime-fighting skills, and fraud awareness efforts, earning praise for courage, humility, and dedication.
A very stereotypical belief is that beauty and strength do not go hand-in-hand. A young officer from China has proven otherwise. Ying Weimin from Zhejiang Province has captured the attention of social media for her fierce presence and amazing shooting skills.
26-years-old Weimin is currently posted at the Wangchun Police Station under the Ningbo Municipal Police Bureau in Haishu District. Millions of people are in awe of her calmness, dedication, and sharp marksmanship.

A video of her training, showcasing her exceptional skills as she fires 10 bullets with perfect accuracy. Ying loaded and used the weapon in a matter of seconds. The video quickly went viral on social media, with users complimenting her aim and flawlessness. One described her performance as 'flowing like water'.

Ying has always dreamt of joining the police force. She finally enrolled in Zehjiang Police Force in 2017 and graduated in Police Command Tactics. Later in 2021, she opted for frontline duty and underwent extensive training in arrests, investigations, and solving cases. Her efforts soon paid off.
In 2023, Ying was a key factor in solving a cross-border e-commerce fraud case where she secured vital electronic evidence. In 2024, she uncovered a theft gang and recovered millions of yuan worth of stolen property. She has been awarded the 'Alert as a tiger, accurate pursuit, reliable arrest' banner.

She has also raised public awareness. After working on several fraud cases, she came up with a creative idea to educate people. In October 2024, she acted in a short web series based on true fraud cases, which was praised very well.
