With the objective to encourage children to engage in creative works such as drawing, painting, art and crafts a national level group art exhibition ‘Creativity by Little Hands’ was organised recently by Nav Shri Art and Culture Organisation. Like every year, this year too this exhibition was organised at Artizen Art Gallery, New Delhi. 18 child artists from all over India exhibited their works in this art exhibition.
Along with this, many art and craft workshops were also conducted for children. These workshops included Warli painting, tattoo, Digital origami, Paper craft, Clay modelling, colouring, Paper-cup craft, Pottery making, puzzles, photo shoot, etc. Participation certificates were also provided by the institute to all the children who participated in the workshop.
Awards were distributed to all the children who participated in the exhibition by chief guest Dr. Harvinder Mankkar. Apart from this, the winners of the national level painting competition were also rewarded.
Mohit Manocha Founder of Nav Shri Art and Culture organisation said, “After pandemic we are organising this child exhibition so this year we have received lot of entries for national level art exhibition but we have only 18 child artist. We are having some art exhibition for the senior artist too in the coming year 2023. So definitely I am feeling good after organizing this offline exhibition.”
