The Chhattisgarh Nagrik Apurti Nigam (NAN) irregularities case will be heard by the Supreme Court bench presided over by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud.

This morning, an attorney brought up the subject before the bench led by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, who stated that his bench will now hear the case. The petition had previously been heard by a bench led by his predecessor, former CJI UU Lalit, and two other judges, CJI DY Chandrachud said.

The attorney informed the court that the case had been heard by other judges before being listed before another judge.

The penultimate ruling in the case stated that list the case before Justice MR Shah, and the court noticed that there were roughly 400 items when the registrar gave him a chart on the roster.

The matter will now be discussed with two other judges, according to CJI DY Chandrachud.

The Enforcement Directorate’s request to have the case removed from Chhattisgarh is currently being heard by the Supreme Court. In connection with the civil supply scam, the Enforcement Directorate had filed a money laundering case against IAS officers, including Anil Tuteja.
