On Wednesday, the Chennai Ayanavaram police revealed they have arrested the 3 people behind the attack of their sub- inspector Shankar. The main accused behind the attack was identified as Gautam, Ajit and Surya. Gautam was riding the two-wheeler while the two others were sitting behind, police said.
Notably, SI Shankar was attacked by a mysterious gang of 3 people who attached him with a iron rod,
As per a report by ANI, SI Shankar was engaged in inspection. Further details are awaited.
