There are reports of disturbance during a Congress meeting in Ludhiana today. It is stated that a planned open discussion session for Congress leaders took place in Ludhiana, providing each leader with an opportunity to address the gathering. However, chaos erupted when one leader was obstructed from entering and forcibly removed. A party worker alleged that Party President Raja Wading and another leader expelled them from the meeting. The worker mentioned a longstanding association with the party but claimed to have been denied the chance to voice their opinions. Furthermore, the worker asserted that only favoured individuals receive chairmanships within the party and highlighted the absence of a Congress party office in Ludhiana.

Prior to this, there was also chaos during a Congress meeting in Amritsar, where internal disagreements among some leaders came to light. After the news of the commotion during the meeting in Ludhiana, the party’s image has been further tarnished. Meanwhile, Party President Raja Wading and Party Incharge Devendra Yadav characterized the meeting as successful, stating that all leaders expressed their opinions openly, and those with concerns can speak freely.

The party will consider their views, and Wading assured that meetings are being held in different cities one after another. Addressing opposition to the party in Amritsar, Wading stated that if someone has concerns during the meeting, it is not opposition.
