A viral video showing an Ola food delivery agent caught eating a customer’s order has sparked widespread outrage and conversation online. The incident was shared by Noida-based entrepreneur Aman Birendra Jaiswal on Instagram. The footage captures the delivery agent eating French fries from a box, while his companion is seated on another motorcycle beside him.
In the video, when Jaiswal confronts the delivery agent, the agent nonchalantly responds with, “Haan toh karte raho jo karna hai tumhe” (“Okay, so do what you will”). The customer repeatedly asks the agent why he didn’t deliver the order, to which the agent shows little remorse or concern.

Jaiswal explained in the caption that the delivery agent had initially demanded an extra ₹10 for delivery, kept him waiting for 45 minutes, and was then caught eating the order.
The reel has garnered 3.5 million views and a flood of comments. Many users shared similar negative experiences with Ola food deliveries and other platforms. Some comments highlighted the delivery agent’s audacious attitude, while others expressed frustration over the lack of accountability and redressal mechanisms within the delivery service.
Here are some notable reactions from Instagram users:
– “Bro’s acting like he owns the app.”
– “This is similar to our TAX deductions from TDS.”
– “I tried complaining about a missing order and the app had no option for it. I stopped using @olacabs after the issue.”
– “Such behavior by the Ola guys has become so common that we’ve stopped reporting anymore. It’s really surprising why no one takes any action. They just know very well how everyone’s so dependent on Ola and our feedback matters nothing to them.”
– “This only happens with OLA. I have experienced this twice without even sharing the OTP, and the order gets marked delivered. Also, COD is not available on OLA for food deliveries.”
Ola has been contacted regarding the incident, and a response is awaited.
