The luxury housing initiative is aimed at wealthy clients, especially those with a taste for high-end cars, looking to invest in the Greater Noida area.
The buzz around this luxurious offer started when realtor Gaurav Gupta shared details on social media, revealing that each Jaypee Greens villa costs upwards of ₹26 crore. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Gupta highlighted the exclusivity of the offer, noting that each villa buyer would receive a Lamborghini Urus, which typically retails for over ₹4 crore in India.

However, the villa’s ₹26 crore price tag covers only the base villa. Gupta pointed out that additional costs include ₹30 lakh for designated parking, ₹7.5 lakh for power backup, and another ₹7.5 lakh for club membership. Buyers opting for a villa overlooking the golf course would pay an additional ₹50 lakh.
Social media users had varied responses to Jaypee Greens’ unusual offer. “Imagine everyone in the neighborhood with the same villa and the same car—ultimate premium living!” remarked one user. Others speculated that the car’s cost might already be factored into the price of the villa, allowing the builder to secure a substantial margin.
One user jokingly added, “Complimentary services business model at peak!” Jaypee Greens, a premier division of the Jaypee Group, is known for its flagship projects in Greater Noida, which include exclusive villas, luxury apartments, a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, and various wellness and recreational facilities.
