(Reuters) -Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein's parent company PVH said on Tuesday that its Chief Financial Officer Zac Coughlin will be leaving at the end of the year, to be replaced by company veteran Melissa Stone as interim CFO. PVH said it has started a search for a permanent finance chief. Coughlin, who took on the role in April 2022, is leaving PVH to pursue an opportunity outside of the retail and apparel industry, the company said. PVH, which reported second-quarter results in August, also reaffirmed its third-quarter and annual forecast on Tuesday. (Reporting by Koyena Das in Bengaluru; Editing by Sahal Muhammed)
