Dubai, November 29: Emaar Properties has completed a revolutionary facade lighting upgrade for Burj Khalifa, introducing a cutting-edge RGBW lighting system that combines advanced technology with the building’s iconic architecture. The new system will make its grand debut during UAE’s Eid Al Etihad celebrations on December 1, 2024, and will also commemorate the 15th anniversary of the world’s tallest building on January 4, 2025.
The upgraded system turns the Burj Khalifa facade into a stunning visual experience with vibrant, colour-changing lights and intricate effects. This dynamic RGBW technology replaces static lights, offering an enhanced range of customizable lighting scenes for festive occasions, everyday displays, and media presentations, all while maintaining the tower’s sleek design.
Emaar Properties spent six months testing the system to ensure flawless integration, resulting in a dazzling showcase that highlights Dubai’s global leadership in innovation and design excellence.
